Nana Esi Idun - Arkhurst

Nana Esi Idun-Arkhurst is the Divisional Director of Retail & Business Banking at Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited. She handles strategy and leads the team to address the financial needs of diverse customer segments within Retail and Business Banking. She has led the transformation of the business into a dominant one, meeting the needs of customers through strong value propositions, innovative products, effective operating models and strategic partnerships.
With 20 years of experience in Banking, Nana Esi has expertise in SME Financing, Financial Inclusion, Wealth Management, Bancassurance and Digital Transformation. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank in 2016, Nana Esi worked with Standard Chartered Bank for 13 years where she worked in different roles across markets and headed various units.
She holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA from The University of Edinburgh Business School in Scotland, where she was a Chevening Scholar as well as the school’s 25th Anniversary Scholar. She has certificates in Technology Contracts and Global Banking Program in Fintech/ Digital/ Analytics from the Columbia Business School.
Continuously driven by a passion for learning and personal growth, she recently earned a Master of Arts in Information Technology Law from the University of Ghana School of Law. She is also a Certified Management Consultant and a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Management Consulting.
Nana Esi is passionate about transformational leadership at all levels and seeks to contribute to the development of future leaders through her foundation, Ripples Leadership Hub. She has interests in innovative financial services, technology and agriculture. She is an avid gardener and a firm believer in organic agriculture. She wants to grow at least 80% of everything she eats in the next 3 years.

Emefa Randolph

Emefa Randolph currently serves as in-house lawyer assigned to criminal prosecution in one of the State institutions in Ghana. She has been in this role for over two years, actively contributing to the country's legal framework around narcotics control and criminal justice.
Emefa holds a BSc in Criminal Justice from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, LLB from Wisconsin International University College and two professional law degrees from The Gambia Law School and the Ghana School of Law. She is called to both the Gambian Bar and the Ghana Bar.

Emefa’s legal career spans both Ghana and the United States, where she held various roles in law firms, corporate entities, and judicial services. Her extensive experience includes legal consulting, debt recovery, corporate administration, and advisory roles, making her a versatile and seasoned legal professional.
Community Involvement: Emefa is passionate about mentoring and guiding young people, particularly those struggling with addiction, abuse, delinquency, and poverty. She was part of a team that established over 10 youth outreach centers in the United States, training volunteers to run youth programs that support disadvantaged young individuals. Currently, she is a member of the counseling division at her local church, where she continues to provide guidance and support.
Her dedication to community work and legal matters makes her an invaluable mentor and leader in both her professional and personal life.

Augustina Ekua Mills

Augustina Ekua Mills is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience. She is currently a Partner at one of the Big Four global accountancy firms, where she provides expertise in Restructuring, Insolvency, Business Reviews, Due Diligence, Forensic Investigations, Compliance Reviews, Dispute Analysis, and Special Audits.
A Chevening Alumna, Augustina holds an MBA in Business Finance and Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, and a BSc in Administration (Accounting option) from Central University, Ghana. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). She is also a certified Insolvency Practitioner and a member of the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners (CIRIP).
Beyond her corporate and advisory work, Augustina is deeply passionate about counselling and mentorship. She is a licensed counsellor and an active member of both the Ghana Association of Christian Counsellors and the Ghana Psychology Council. She combines her love for children and family life as a Children’s Ministry teacher at ICGC Rainbow Assembly, Spintex Road, while also mentoring younger couples and providing parenting guidance.
Together with her husband, she runs a mentorship platform that supports and guides over 120 young adults, reflecting her lifelong commitment to nurturing the next generation.
Augustina is married and blessed with four children.

Doris Mitti Kimuli

With over 23 years of experience in communication strategy management, strategic program development, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization, Doris is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in communication, fundraising, and public relations. She has led numerous initiatives that bridge organizations with their stakeholders, driving visibility, growth, and sustainable partnerships.
Beyond her professional roles, Doris is deeply committed to mentorship and leadership development. She has trained over 150 young professionals through the Girls for Girls Mentorship Program, Women in Technology Uganda (WITU) Job Readiness Program, and ROUTE International's Soft Skills Training Program. In 2023, she also mentored new leaders at the New Managers Bootcamp organized by Virindu Consulting, Nigeria.
Doris is a certified trainer with the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) and Business Network International (BNI) Uganda. She serves as a board member for organizations including Wezesha Impact, Kisoboka Africa, ACLAIM Africa, Siga Women Foundation, and Rainbow Hearts Foundation, where she offers strategic advisory on governance, fundraising, and organizational development.
As an author and researcher, Doris has contributed to academic research on COVID-19 and education in Africa, supported five authors in publishing their works, and authored her own book, “He Calls Me Mama,” which was named 1st Runner-up at the African Christian Book Awards 2024 in the Family Category.
A language enthusiast, Doris speaks over 6 languages fluently, including French, English, Swahili and a number of other Ugandan languages, as well as a smattering of Spanish and Lingala.
Doris is a loving wife to Julius, and an attentive mother, daughter, aunt, sister, grandmother and friend to a large clan of individuals all over the world.

Dr. Marian Amissah, PhD

Dr. Marian Amissah is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management at SUNY Canton, bringing over two decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare operations, engineering, and education. She recently relocated to the United States from the UK, where she served for nearly 16 years at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust as the Medical Devices Training Lead. In that role, she led a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medical devices across four hospitals and community services, supporting over 14,000 healthcare professionals.
With a background in biomedical engineering, Dr. Amissah earned her PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick. Her research focused on applying systems engineering methodologies to optimize patient flow in Emergency Departments, aiming to reduce waiting times and improve care delivery.
In her teaching, Dr. Amissah blends practical healthcare management experience with a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving, guiding students to bridge theory with real-world application. Her academic interests include process improvement, patient safety, healthcare technology innovation, and equity in healthcare delivery. She is also deeply passionate about mentoring and empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential, both professionally and personally.
Beyond academia, Dr. Amissah is a wife, mother, pastor, and singer, and enjoys swimming and running as part of her active lifestyle.

Dr. Freda Intiful

Dr. Freda Intiful is a Registered Dietitian and Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana, with over 17 years of teaching and research experience. She currently serves as Head of the Department of Dietetics. Her research focuses on maternal and child nutrition, with numerous publications in reputable journals. She holds a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science, an MPhil in Nutrition, and a PhD in Dietetics, along with a certificate in counselling. She is an alumna of the Leadership Institute of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a proud member of both the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Beyond academia, she serves as a Pastor at Anointed Jewels Ministry International, where she is passionate about empowering individuals to live their full God-given potential. Her mission is to nurture and inspire the next generation of women to lead, blending professional expertise with spiritual guidance to drive lasting transformation in families, communities, and the nation. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and watching movies.

Mrs. Jane Naki Tetteh-Anowie

Ing. Mrs. Jane Naki Tetteh-Anowie is an Environmental Engineer with Associated Consultants Limited, one of Ghana’s leading private engineering consulting firms. She currently serves as a Board Member and the Associate Vice President in charge of Finance and Administration.
Naki is an alumna of the College of Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering. She is a professional engineer of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and the International Association of Impact Assessment (IAIA). She currently serves as the President of Women in Engineering, Ghana (WinE), a Special Group of Interest of the Ghana Institution of Engineering, committed to promoting the advancement of women in the profession.
With over 20 years of experience, Naki has worked extensively in environmental engineering consultancy, focusing on environmental and social assessments for infrastructure projects funded by major international institutions such as the World Bank, AfDB, AFD, and ORIO. Her portfolio includes work on roads, buildings, power generation, and water supply systems across Ghana. She also plays key roles in Environmental, Health, and Safety supervision, and is passionate about promoting workplace safety and environmental stewardship. Her early career also included design work in water and sanitation.
Beyond her professional life, Naki enjoys cooking, gardening, singing, organizing events, and hiking. She has been married for 12 years and is a proud mother of two, Nana and Papa.
